4. Our services and quotes

The website describes the services we offer, including web design, web development, branding, UI/UX design and website support. Nothing on the website is a binding offer.

Every project we take on is governed by a separate written proposal, quote or service agreement that sets out the scope, fees, timelines and payment terms. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes precedence.

When you contact us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp, neither of us is under any obligation until a written agreement has been accepted. We try to respond to every enquiry promptly but cannot guarantee a response time.

Unless stated otherwise, all content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, code and design, belongs to IT² or is used with permission, and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws.

Client names, logos and project work in our portfolio are shown with permission and remain the property of their respective owners. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each project's agreement.

This website links to third-party websites and services, such as client websites and WhatsApp. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
